25 Days Holiday
All employees receive 25 days holiday plus their birthday off, and the office is shut as standard between Christmas and New Year.

Work placements - Avenue actively supports work placements and apprentices, and we have already supported one-year long placement.

Office & Remote

Q Events 
We offer a fun-packed annual social calendar with our off-site 'Q Events' where we review quarterly performance and enjoy an action pack team event like white water rafting, escape room adventures, zip lining, and mountain biking.
