OPEN PLAN offices
We have a bright air-conditioned office which affords staff members plenty of space to work, converse with colleagues, or break-out for a well earned tea or coffee.
Bike & MotorBIKE Storage
We promote a bike-to-work scheme to all our staff members and have a secure bicycle lockup on site for those that cycle to work. There is also free motorbike parking almost directly outside our office for those who like to commute on two wheels.
As we are leading other agencies in our Google pier group, Google rewarded us and sent a Google branded football table to help our hard working staff members unwind and take a break when needed.
A large selection of fruits and healthy eating snacks are provide daily within the office to ensure our staff feel vibrant and energised during the day.
Our staff have the enviable choice of selecting from over a dozen different types of flavoured teas and, enjoy coffee from our highend Nespresso coffee machine, all completely free of charge.
Dog friendly office
Dog are always welcome in our office, and are frequently relaxing under the desks.
We always encourage good personal hygiene and the office is equipped with a shower room for those staff members who like to run or cycle to the office, or just stay clean after a lunch time run or yoga session.
Our staff members are offered the latest technology to ensure they are well equipped to work at the best of their abilities, be it lightweight laptops, or 24 inch double screen desktop setups.
All staff members are offered an element of flextime within the contractual agreement. So long as your minimum contractual hours are met on any given day, you are welcomed into the office anytime before 9.30am, are able to take up to a 2 hour lunch break between the hours of 12pm and 2pm, and are able to leave the office from 4.30pm. In addition, remote working is offered to those staff members with young families and substantial travel requirements.
Regardless of the level you join us, we invest in our staff and their training. Not only in their chosen area of digital expertise, but to ensure their industry wide experience is as broad as it can be. Such training includes gaining your relevant Google accreditations and other recognised awards.
Avenue Digital are members of the IAB or Interactive Adverting Bureau, who provide staff members with free access to training seminars, events and conferences to help with their professional development. In addition to training provided by members associations, other training courses are also available where required in a personal development programme.
Staff Referral Scheme
Where staff members are able to make recommendations that transpire into new Avenue staff members joining, we are able to offer a financial reward as a thank you. In addition, any staff members who can introduce a new client are also offered the same financial recognition.
Monthly Agency Updates
We believe its important our staff members are kept up to date on the growth and progress of the agency, and as such we hold monthly agency update meetings. This is to celebrate new clients wins, new staff members joining, and to award some of our outstanding individuals with the monthly All-Star Award, for those staff members that have gone above and beyond in their desire to shine. The All-Star Award comes with a monthly reward such as dinner for two at a fancy restaurant, ASOS vouchers, Spa treatments, or something else suitable to say thank you and well done.
All staff members receive 25 days annual holiday per year.
Avenue are proud of our social and working culture and holding monthly company socials are an important part of that culture. We organise monthly company social events which involve things like whitewater rafting, basketball games, or just going for a pizza and chips.
Avenue are proud to offer company trips which don't involve staff members using their 25 days holiday allowance. Last year we headed to the Swiss alps for some ski and snowboard action as an example.
Avenue operate a Social Committee who organise and run all the company social events, ensuring all activities are well organised and aligned with staff members interests.

We encourage all our staff members to live an active and healthy lifestyle, and of course sport plays an important part in that. We regularly getting involved supporting personal causes including marathons, cycle events or other charity fundraising activities.
We believe in looking after our planet and in doing so foster a paperless office environment. We also play our part in powering off lights and computers, recycling waste, and limiting the consumption of heating and air conditioning, all in a bid to do our bit.
As well as looking after the plant we also believe in looking after those more local within our community. Once a year a team will head out into the local community to help support local residents with things like picking up rubbish, gardening or painting.
