    Benoy is an award-winning firm of Architects, Masterplanners, Interior and Graphic Designers.  Founded in 1947, Benoy has 11 studios across the globe and landmark projects include Bluewater in Kent, Hong Kong International Airport, ION Orchard in Singapore and Ferrari World in Abu Dhabi.

    The Benoy website suffered from clunky functionality and global speed issues, a weak mobile offering, an overly corporate feel which did not portray the creative expertise at the firm, poor search engine optimisation (SEO) and a slow back-office for content management. To address these challenges, Avenue needed to combine the newly designed website templates, presented by the Benoy Graphic Design and Motion Graphics Teams, with digital best practice, to deliver a user-friendly and streamlined experience across all devices.

By deploying a Content Delivery Network (CDN) with Rackspace, we have ensured fast page loading across the globe, delivering the immersive Benoy web experience at an impressive speed. And by implementing the Umbraco CMS, the Benoy marketing and content teams in London and Hong Kong now control all content, ensuring the brand’s heritage, Britishness and creativity are captured through the image and video-rich features. The website is now a true celebration of Benoy’s global success and built responsively, the web offers a streamlined and exciting brand presentation regardless of device.

    Impact

    Work has already started to shape the SEO strategy for Benoy, and we will soon be reporting on campaign performance. In addition, phase 2 is underway which will see additional features being rolled out across the website, engaging the user further and supporting Benoy’s positioning as a true leader in its sector.
