    Duke & Dexter is a British born footwear brand, specialising in designer loafers and Chelsea boots, who’s customers include the likes of Eddie Redmayne, Justin Timberlake, Usain Bolt, and Tinie Tempah.

    Avenue were appointed following a competitive pitch to run progressive PPC, Display, Google Shopping, Paid Social and Analytics & Reporting to help drive online sales and business growth.

  2. The Solution


    We could see great opportunity in restructuring the PPC account using our best practice methodology and ad group structure, which in turn identified that the account had previously been inaccurately recording conversions.

    In addition, the Facebook campaign was running a very generic campaign that required more granularity and budget control.

    Avenue successfully led a PPC and Paid Social account restructure, ensuring a best practice approach to retail.

    This achieved an overall account increase of 77% in CTR, a 47% improvement in CPC, a 76% improvement in CPA, 126% improvement in CVR and a 351% increase in ROAS.
