  1. The Challenge

    Insight

    Duke + Dexter are a luxury British-born footwear brand, specialising in designer loafers and Chelsea boots, with customers including the likes of Eddie Redmayne, Justin Timberlake, Usain Bolt and Tinie Tempah.

    After a competitive pitch, we were appointed to run progressive PPC, Display, Google Shopping, Paid Social and Analytics & Reporting activity, with the following end goals:

    • Drive online sales and business growth
    • Improve paid search and paid social campaign performance
  2. The Solution

    Ideas

    We saw great scope for increasing efficiency across Duke + Dexter’s PPC activity, to be improved with our best practice methodology and ad group structuring. This identified that the account had been previously inaccurately recording conversions.

    We also worked on the strategy for and implementation of Google Shopping, which significantly increased revenues and lowered costs.

    Across Paid Social, we saw the need for efficiency in Facebook campaigns, which required more granularity and budget control. Through this we were able to see much stronger campaign performance.

    Impact

    We greatly improved the performance through a PPC and paid social account restructure, ensuring a best practice approach to retail, which achieved:

    • 77% growth in CTR
    • 47% reduction in CPC
    • 76% reduction in CPA
    • 126% increase in CVR
    • 351% increase in ROAS
