    My Babiie are a UK-based baby brand, including signature ranges by national celebrities such as Samantha Faiers, Abbey Clancy and Katie Piper.

    My Babiie tasked us with finding performance efficiency across its PPC, Display and Analytics, as they began their global expansion.  Our objectives were:

    • Aggressive revenue growth
    • Performance efficiency during global expansion into North America
    • Reconfiguration of PPC account for global expansion
    • Creating an effective re-marketing strategy
  2. The Solution

    Ideas

    We identified significant performance inefficiencies in My Babiie’s existing PPC account. It had little structure and required an overhaul to be ready for global product growth.

    The existing PPC activity was restructured, which increased click through rate (CTR) and reduced average cost per click (CPC).

    An effective remarketing strategy was employed to build audience lists through awareness campaigns. We delivered increased performance efficiencies through an effective generic RLSA strategy.

    Impact

    We created a sophisticated remarketing strategy, alongside the new and improved account structure, which lent itself to relevancy and scalability. As a result of our overhaul, My Babiie saw:

    • 12% reduction in CPC
    • 22% increase in ROAS
    • 1681% increase in effective revenue share (ERS)
